How it works
We design the template and send you a link and QR signs. Guests' phones do the rest. A TV is optional.
Send your logo and colours when you book. Within one business day you get a preview to approve in your own console.
Print the signs and table cards we send you. With the live screen, also open your screen link on a laptop connected to the TV: a big QR code and a live wall of photos.
No app, no sign-up. They choose a portrait, trio, strip or Instagram story, take the photo and save the print to their camera roll.
Hide any photo in one tap during the event. Afterwards, download every photo and share the gallery link, open for 30 days.

Book
Within one business day you'll get your invoice (Interac e-Transfer or card) and a first look at your template. Once it's paid, you get your event link, operator PIN and QR signs.

Questions
Just the QR signs we send you, and internet at the venue: guests use their own phone data or the venue Wi-Fi. With the live screen, add a TV or projector with a laptop (Chrome or Edge), or a smart TV with a browser. Put a QR sign on each table. That's it.
Live Booth makes a print-ready 4×6, strip or story that guests save to their phone. For printed keepsakes on the spot, add a staffed LUNO photo booth. Live Booth pairs nicely with one.
No. The $50 plan runs on guests' phones: they scan the QR signs, keep their print, and share to the event gallery. Add the live screen ($50) to put every photo on a TV or projector as it arrives. Extra screens or a shared iPad kiosk are $10 each. Guests' own phones are always free and unlimited.
Yes. Hide any photo from your phone in one tap, or switch on approval so nothing appears until you approve it. Guests can also keep a photo private and just save it.
The gallery is open for 30 days after the event (90 with the add-on), and you can download every photo as a zip at any time. Email us to delete an event's photos sooner. Photos are never used for anything else.
Each licence covers one event: guests can take photos from the day before (for testing) until the end of the event day. Multi-day events are priced per event, so just tell us the dates.
No. The QR code opens a web page in the phone's browser. It works on iPhone and Android, with the front or back camera.
