Live screen
Open on the TV or projector laptop. It shows the join QR code and every photo as it comes in.
Kiosk tablet (optional)
An iPad or tablet on a stand for guests without a phone handy. Uses 1 device slot.

What the QR signs open. Share it in your invite or group chat too. Guests' phones are free and unlimited.
Event-day checklist
- The day before: scan your QR sign and take a test photo on your phone. (Test photos can be hidden in Photos.)
- Live screen: plug a laptop into the TV, open the Live screen link, press Full screen. Use Chrome or Edge and keep the laptop plugged in.
- Put a QR sign on each table and by the bar. Guests can also type .
- Wi-Fi: guests need data or venue Wi-Fi. Print the Wi-Fi name on the sign if reception is weak.
- During the event: keep this console open on your phone. Hide any photo in one tap.
- After: download all photos (Photos tab) and send guests the gallery link.
