The Greater Toronto Area is close-knit on a map but surprisingly different on the ground. A photo booth that rolls straight into a Brampton banquet hall through a loading door might need a booked freight elevator, a security check-in and paid parking at a downtown Toronto tower. A backyard in Mississauga's Lorne Park has different power and space considerations from a condo party room in Vaughan's VMC. If you're planning events in more than one city, or choosing between venues in different cities, those differences matter.

If you're comparing venues in different cities, or planning events across several of them, here's how photo booth logistics differ in Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan and Toronto. It covers venues, access, peak dates and which booth tends to fit. Across the GTA, the booth stays the same but the logistics change: halls in Brampton and Vaughan are the simplest for 360 booths, Mississauga mixes hotels and homes, and Toronto needs the most planning for access and parking.

    1. The cities at a glance

    Brampton Mississauga Vaughan Toronto
Typical venues Banquet halls, homes, community centres Hotels, halls, condos, backyards Banquet halls, estates, offices Lofts, hotels, condos, halls
Access Usually easy Varies Usually easy Often complex downtown
Parking Usually free at halls Varies; paid in City Centre Usually free at halls Often paid downtown
360 fit Very good Good Very good Venue dependent

These are general patterns, not rules, so always check your specific venue.

    2. Brampton: halls and big family celebrations

Brampton's banquet halls, many in the east end around Airport Road, Steeles Avenue and Highway 50, host weddings, sangeets, anniversaries and milestone birthdays nearly every weekend. They tend to have loading doors, ample parking and space beside the dance floor for a 360 booth.

Family events are often large and multigenerational, so print-capable booths and bilingual templates are popular. Busy periods include wedding season and the weeks around Diwali. See our Brampton photo booth booking guide.

    3. Mississauga: hotels, homes and City Centre

Mississauga mixes airport-corridor hotel ballrooms, banquet halls, restaurant rooms in Port Credit and Streetsville, condo party rooms around Square One and large backyards in Erin Mills and Lorne Park. Hotels have structured vendor procedures; condos need elevator bookings; backyards need power and rain plans.

It's a city where the right booth depends heavily on the room. See our Mississauga booking guide.

    4. Vaughan: grand halls and estates

Vaughan's banquet halls along Highway 7 and in Woodbridge and Concord are large, well-equipped and built for big receptions, which makes them ideal for 360 booths. Kleinburg's estates suit elegant outdoor events with a booth under a tent. Concord and the VMC add corporate venues to the mix.

Lighting in Vaughan halls is often dramatic, so ask the booth company to check the light at setup. See our Vaughan booking guide.

    5. Toronto: access first

Toronto has the most variety: downtown towers and hotels, lofts in King West and Liberty Village, restaurant rooms in midtown and banquet halls in Scarborough, North York and Etobicoke. Downtown venues usually need a booked loading dock, a freight elevator, vendor registration and paid parking.

The inner suburbs are often simpler, with halls that have easy loading and parking. See our Toronto booking guide.

    6. Peak dates across the GTA

Some peaks are shared across every city: Saturdays from May to October, December corporate parties and June graduations. Others are more local, such as Diwali weekends in Brampton and Mississauga, spring communion season in Vaughan and summer festival season downtown.

If your date falls in any of these windows, book as soon as your venue is confirmed. 360 booths go first everywhere, because companies own fewer of them.

    7. Travel and quotes

Travel time between GTA cities depends more on traffic than distance. A booth company that serves the whole region builds buffers into its arrival times. When comparing quotes, check whether travel and parking are included, listed separately or not mentioned at all.

    8. Choosing a company for multi-city events

If you have events in more than one city, such as a mehndi at home in Brampton, a sangeet in a Mississauga hall and a reception in a Vaughan ballroom, booking one company for all of them keeps templates consistent and planning simpler. Ask whether they have experience with venues in each city and how they handle back-to-back setups.

Example: one wedding week across three cities

Say your mehndi is at home in Brampton, your sangeet at a Mississauga hall and your reception at a Vaughan banquet hall. Tell one booth company the whole itinerary at once. At home, they'll plan for parking and a compact booth; at the Mississauga hall, a 360 beside the dance floor; in Vaughan, a mirror booth for the formal reception. One company, one template style and one contact for the whole week makes the planning far simpler.

When to bring in a booth company

Send the venue and city for each event, with dates and guest counts. A company that serves the whole GTA can tell you quickly which booth suits each venue.

    Frequently asked questions

Does photo booth pricing change between GTA cities?

The booth itself usually costs the same, but travel, parking and access can change the total. LUNO's travel fees only apply beyond the GTA; mention any paid venue parking when you ask for a quote.

Which GTA city is easiest for a 360 booth?

Banquet halls in Brampton, Vaughan and Scarborough usually offer the most floor space and the easiest loading. Downtown Toronto venues can host 360 booths too, but access takes more planning.

Can one booth company cover events in several GTA cities?

Yes. LUNO is based in Brampton and covers Brampton, Mississauga, Vaughan, Toronto and surrounding areas. The service area map on our contact page shows where we go.
